Cancellations

At Esencia Ibiza Massage, we value your time and ours. To ensure maximum availability and efficient organization of our schedule, we've established the following policy for cancellations and modifications of appointments.

Booking and Appointment Management

We kindly ask you to make your reservations a minimum of 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and allow us to properly manage our schedules.

Late cancellations limit our ability to offer those slots to other clients, which represents a loss of time and economic detriment for Esencia Ibiza Massage. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance.

Cancellation and Modification Terms

Delay Tolerance: A 10-minute grace period will be granted from the agreed start time of your appointment.

Delay or No-Show: In case of a delay exceeding the grace period or not showing up for the appointment, the reservation may be automatically canceled and the service will be billed in full.

Same-Day Bookings: Appointments scheduled for the same day of the request will incur a 15% surcharge on the service price.

Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 12 hours prior to the service will be charged at 100%.

Late Appointment Changes: For appointment modifications made within 12 hours prior to the service, a 15% increase will be applied.

Cancellation with Therapist En Route: If the therapist is already en route or has arrived at the agreed location and the appointment is canceled for any reason, the full service fee will be charged.

Night Bookings: Reservations made for services starting from 9:00 PM (21:00 hours) will have a 30% increase on the initial service price.

Travel Surcharges (if applicable)

Please note that some specific locations in Ibiza may incur an additional €10 travel surcharge.

These include: Es Canar, San Carlos, San Juan, Portinatx, San Miguel, and Cala San Vicente.

Bookings with Body Treatment Vouchers

Validity: Treatment vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Personal and Non-Transferable: Vouchers are for personal use and are non-transferable.

Non-Exchangeable: Services within vouchers cannot be exchanged for other types of treatments.

Cancellation/Modification Terms for Vouchers: Cancellations or modifications of appointments scheduled with vouchers will only be possible if notified a minimum of 24 hours in advance (except in very specific cases and for justified force majeure reasons). Otherwise, the session will be considered rendered and deducted from the voucher.
